Terms and Conditions of Use Resellers of the South Shore Community Broadband will provide their users with Terms and Conditions. Minimum standards for these contracts have been set by SSCB. Please contact you reseller. For Associate Members or other users with a direct account with SSCB, the following Terms and Conditions apply to your account. These Terms and Conditions are designed for mutual protection and understanding of the wireless broadband service provided by South Shore Community Broadband (SSCB). The individual or organization signing the agreement with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to them immediately upon commencement of service from SSCB, and will continue to be subject to them until such time as service is terminated by either party. SSCB reserves the right to terminate without warning service to any individual or organization if, in our judgment, the service is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions. SSCB further reserves the right to prohibit activities that, in our judgment, have the potential to damage other customers, our service, our network infrastructure, or our status as a not-for-profit organization.
