Getting Installed

Getting installed is easy. It starts with calling or emailing our service reseller. They will give you all the answers to your questions and come up with a solution that's right for you.

Contact our service reseller at 905-476-1011 or fdadmin@ils.net. They will answer all your questions, and will also ask you questions about your area and the location of the computer(s) in your home or office.

Complete and submit your application along with the your payment to the reseller. As soon as this is received, your reseller will schedule your installation along with other installations in your immediate area.

The reseller will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. Note that, unlike many other service providers, they will specify an actual time so that you can plan the rest of your day and not have to waste time waiting.

Installation Day

On installation day, the reseller's crew brings all the hardware and cables required as they have determinede from your description of your location. One installer mounts the antenna and runs the cable into your building. The second installer establishes the Internet connection and with you that it is working to specification. That's it.
