Be A Reseller SSCB was not created to become a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Service Reseller. Rather, it was created to provide the community with an infrastructure from which broadband connectivity is sold to the general public through a limited number of qualified, approved third party Service Resellers. From the beginning, SSCB has stated that "It is a non-negotiable requirement of SSCB that the ... network be Open Access, meaning that it will be available for mutually approved third parties ... wishing to resell and provide Internet services." By creating opportunities for Service Resellers, SSCB is ensuring that: The business opportunities provided by SSCB's network will be available to qualified organizations who share our mission and objectives New business opportunities are being provided to existing Service Resellers The potential exists for the creation of new Service Resellers Money received from government sources benefit all qualified Service Resellers equally and do not favour one over another.
